    THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME, BUT NOT ALL OF OUR RENTAL REQUIRMENTS:
  1. FULLY COMPLETED AND SIGNED RENTAL APPLICATION, ONE APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH ADULT 18 AND OLDER THAT WILL BE LIVING IN THE UNIT.
  2. INDISPUTABLE PROOF OF INCOME (IE. COPY OF CURRENT PAY STUB, TAX RETURN, SSI OR SDI COPY OF CHECK, ETC) GROSS INCOME MUST EQUAL THREE TIMES THE MONTHLY RATE OF RENT.
  3. GOOD REFERENCES INCLUDING PAST RENTAL HISTORY
